Marie Jones-Watts

Marie, a lifelong Flint, Michigan resident, is passionate about health and wellness. She is inspired to serve her community by offering a variety of opportunities to improve overall health outcomes. As a change agent, Marie aspires to empower people to discover and draw on their inner wisdom to achieve their desired health and wellness goals.

Marie is Associate Program Director, Mindfulness Initiative, at the Crim Fitness Foundation where her focus is on implementing and supporting mindfulness-based programs for the Healthcare and Business sectors.

Marie retired as Director of Adult Services from Genesee Health System after 29 1/2 years of service. Marie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Jackson State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Michigan State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor. Marie is a NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) Certified Group Fitness Instructor. For over 20 years, she inspires others to reach their health and wellness goals by teaching a variety of group exercise formats in the Greater Flint area.

Marie enjoys encouraging and inspiring others to become the best version of themselves while taking an integrated, holistic approach. Marie is CEO and Owner of MegaWatts360 where she integrates her experience & skills from the behavioral health and fitness fields to deliver a variety of services that address overall well-being. MegaWatts360’s mission is to deliver a unique, high-quality, individualized service to address & support the whole person in six domains: Physical, Emotional, Social, Environmental, Spiritual, & Intellectual.

Marie’s interests and hobbies include exploring and expanding her spiritual knowledge, cycling, kayaking, traveling, camping, hiking, and gardening.
