Leave a Legacy Gift

Joining the Gerald S. Myers Legacy Society is not only a great way to honor our long-time CEO but it also provides financial security for the Crim over time. Planned gifts are a great way to leave your own legacy with the Crim and to honor the impact Crim has had on you or a family member.

Legal Language for Legacy Gifts
"I give and devise to the Crim Fitness Foundation, Flint, Michigan that sum of $ (or state percentage of identified assets available for distribution) to be held, administered and used by the Board of Directors for support of the Crim Fitness Foundation in the area of greatest need (or designated to specific program, endowment) at the Crim.

I instruct that all of my charitable gifts shall be made, to the extent possible, from property that constitutes "income in respect of a decedent" as that term is defined in the Internal Revenue Code."
