These practice have all been created by the Crim Mindfulness Team in response to the need to connect remotely through mindful practices during the COVID19 outbreak. The Crim Mindfulness Initiative partners with local and national organizations to provide evidence-based training and workshops focused on cultivating mindful awareness, community connection, and compassionate leadership.
All are welcome to attend.
