These practice have all been created by the Crim Mindfulness Team in response to the need to connect remotely through mindful practices during the COVID19 outbreak. Video categories include: yoga, yoga for runners & walkers, mindful moments, mindfulness & nutrition, guided meditations and practices for youth.

The Crim Mindfulness Initiative partners with local and national organizations to provide evidence-based training and workshops focused on cultivating mindful awareness, community connection, and compassionate leadership.

All are welcome to attend.

Please inquire at mindfulness@crim.org if the listed cost is not accessible to you and you live or work in the greater Flint area, as scholarhips may be available.

Please note, many workshops are approved for Michigan Department of Education SCECHs and CEUs.
