Crim Training Program
For over 30 years, the Crim Training Program is nationally recognized for its size, impact, training methods, and inclusivity. And, it is an awesome way to get moving and stay active and accountable with fellow runners and walkers all summer long.
The 15-week program is guided by long-time group leaders and a detailed training calendar that helps you prepare for your Crim 10-Mile, Half Crim 5-mile, or 5K. Crim has groups that meet on most days of the week and we are always adding morning and evening groups!
