The Riley McLincha Crim Participant Database

The Crim is proud to launch the brand new, fully searchable Riley McLincha Crim Database! Riley McLincha–aka the Drubbler, Poet/Singer/Songwriter, Crim 30-Year Runner and Volunteer– helped keep track of Crim 10-mile finishers for more than four decades, volunteering countless hours of his personal time to ensure that records remained accurate and intact. The Crim has worked to build on his legacy and catalog ALL finishers at every Crim distance. The result is this new searchable database, named in his honor:

Tips for searching:

  • While our software tries to account for all variables, there can be limitations. If you can’t find a comprehensive list of your results, try some of the following:
  • If your name has changed, try searching for both (i.e. married and maiden names).
  • If you may have registered using a variation of your name (Robert, Bob, Bobby, etc.), you may need to account for that in your search.

In the early years of the Crim (1977-1986), placing in certain categories would win you a medal, but it wasn't until 1987 that every 10-mile finisher received that lasting proof of their accomplishment!

We are fortunate to have medals from some of those early years (1979, 1981), and we offer our sincere thanks to Dennis Kurtis (1983, 1984) and the late Tim Giles (1980, 1982) for their generous donation of their finisher medals to the Crim archive collection.

Thank you to the Michigan Arts & Culture Council for their generous support in making the new Crim Archive Project possible.
