"As someone who is new to the sport of running, the Crim Training Program has been a great way to train with people of my same skill level and get prepared for my first 10 mile race."
-Tony from Grand Blanc
This is a very encouraging training program for all fitness levels. I was impressed at how much I learned every step of the way while getting help making healthy lifestyle changes.
-Angie from Fenton
The training program has helped me many ways, far more than I could have ever imagined! I personally don’t like going to the gym to work out in front of a bunch of strangers. The training program has helped me meet many like-minded individuals in a local setting and is such a fun way to get in shape.
-Stacy from Flint
"I've been doing the training program for 3 years and have met a great group of friends through it. Now we walk together a few days a week throughout the summer and it's been a great way to stay active."
-Sherry from Burton
