CrimFit Training Program
Yes, you CAN run or walk the HAP Crim Festival of Races! No matter where you’re starting from, the CrimFit Training Program helps you train for your race of choice at the HAP Crim Festival of Races in August. It’s grown to be the largest program of its kind in the entire country. It’s the most fun way to get in shape and stay active all summer long!
Blue Line Running Club
For ages 21+, this is a laid back social running club that will meet on Wednesday evenings for group runs, and then after, enjoy discounts and deals at Flint bars and restaurants. a Blue Line Running Club membership includes a race entry for the Crim 10 Mile, Half Crim, or 5k; an official BLRC shirt and member card; discounts at partner bars, restaurants, and businesses; and more!
This “mini-Crim” is for youth ages 0-14. Each participating child receives a t-shirt, goody bag and a finisher medal. Children can participate in the Diaper Dash, Toddler Trot, 1/4 Mile, 1/2 Mile, or Mile race. The day includes fun activities for the entire family centered on health and fitness.
Flint Cycle Fest
Flint Cycle Fest is a new event for anyone who likes to ride a bike, from beginners to enthusiasts, of all ages and abilities. With three different distances, there is a ride for everyone, showing off some of the best and most interesting parts of Flint. All routes start in the afternoon and end with a great party.
HAP Crim Festival of Races
What do you get when you register for the HAP Crim Festival of Races? What you get is a great experience for all participants. Before, during and after the races, The Crim Festival is Flint’s biggest celebration of the year with music, dancing, food, and fun! Plan to tailgate with your friends on the Festival lot, then enjoy one of Flint’s many great downtown and nearby restaurants.
What better way to get your kids outside and exercising? The Kids Invitational will be on the 3rd Friday of August at Chevy Commons in Flint. These races are geared towards young runners ages 5 - 17, who choose to run and compete in either the timed ¼ Mile, ½ Mile or 1-Mile races.
