Flint Community Schools and Clio School’s sixth graders teamed up for a youth diabetes health summit recently. The sixth graders from both schools reported their findings on their community actions project, a great way for different area communities of the same age group to bond and learn together, as they have been studying type 2 diabetes in science class.
