These best-practice programs engage the entire school building—students, staff, and volunteers—to promote physical activity and healthy living throughout the school day. Take-home and parent components link the concepts learned during school to the home environment.
The programs teach students in Kindergarten through 12th grade how fun and easy it is to be physically active! Students work toward achieving physical activity goals while also learning the fundamentals of how to properly perform activities. Combined with character building, mindfulness, and nutrition messages, these programs teach students how to lead healthy, active lives before, during, and after the school day.
