Zucchini with Lemon and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 pound zucchini
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan
  • optional pepper to taste

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Cut zucchini into strips.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 3. Add succhini and lemon peel, cook until lightly browned (about 3 minutes.)
  • 4. Toss with parmesan and pepper.
  • 5. Serve.
