White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 3 14oz cans chicken broth
  • 2 cups diced white onions
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 4 oz green chilies not drained (1 can)
  • 40 oz northern white beans
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1-1½ lbs cooked shredded or cubed chicken breast

Cooking Preparation

Sauté chicken in garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1-1 ½ hours.
