Vinaigrette Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of fresh mushrooms
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 small minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Clean mushrooms.
  • 2. 2 boil them for 10 minutes in a mixture of 2 tablespoons cider vinegar and enough water to cover them.
  • 3. Mix all other ingredients together and add mushrooms.
  • 4. Refrigerate overnight.
