Turnip Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 medium turnips
  • 1 small onion
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger root

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Peel the turnips and onion and cut into chunks.
  • 2. Cover with water and boil until soft.
  • 3. Puree in blender.
  • 4. Add grated.
