Stuffed Cantaloupe

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe
  • 6 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Cut cantaloupe in half and clean out center of seeds.
  • 2. Mix cottage cheese, pineapple, and pecans.
  • 3. Stuff cantaloupe with cottage cheese mixture and serve.
