- 6 medium red potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- ½ cup onion minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1. In a large saucepan with one inch of water, combine potatoes, onions, garlic, and bouillon cube.
- 2. Cover and cook 10 minutes on medium heat.
- 3. Add parsley; cook 5 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender; drain water.
- 4. Salt and pepper to taste.
