- 1 teaspoon soft margarine
- 2 small onions chopped
- 4 small zucchini thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped ground pepper
- 1. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add onions and cook until softened.
- 3. Add zucchini and cook for two minutes.
- 4. Add tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
- 5. Season to taste with pepper.
- 6. Serve.
