- ½ cup rice vinegar
- 1 small 1 pound red or green cabbage shredded
- 2 large red or green bell peppers cut in thin strips
- 1 small onion cut in half and sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1. Toss vinegar with cabbage, peppers, onion and garlic.
- 2. Refrigerate for several hours before serving
