Pepper and Cabbage Salad

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 small 1 pound red or green cabbage shredded
  • 2 large red or green bell peppers cut in thin strips
  • 1 small onion cut in half and sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Toss vinegar with cabbage, peppers, onion and garlic.
  • 2. Refrigerate for several hours before serving
