Peas in White Sauce

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 cup mink
  • 1 pound shelled peas

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. In a large pan, sauté onion and peas in butter.
  • 2. Add flour and stir.
  • 3. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • 4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5. Reduce heat and cook until peas are tender.
