Melon Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 12 cantaloupe chunks
  • 12 honeydew chunks
  • 12 watermelon chunks
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons mint chopped wooden skewers

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Cut cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon into chunks. Thread alternating chunks (1 cantaloupe, 1 honeydew, 1 watermelon) and repeat until skewer is nearly full (leave about two inches uncovered for holding skewer.)
  • 2. Mix yogurt and mint.
  • 3. Dip melon kebab in yogurt and mint mix.
