Garden Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • ½ cup herb seasoning stuffing mix
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine melted
  • ¼ cup carrots finely chopped
  • ¼ cup green peppers finely chopped
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • 16 mushrooms stems removed

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. In a small bowl, stir all the ingredients together except mushrooms.
  • 3. Stuff each mushroom cap with 1 tablespoon of filling.
  • 4. Place in oiled baking pan.
  • 5. Bake until tender (20-25 min.)
