Creamy Cauliflower

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower separated into florets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 dash paprika

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Cook cauliflower in water 8-12 minutes or until tender; drain.
  • 2. In a sauce pan combine remaining ingredients.
  • 3. Heat through and pour over cauliflower.
  • 4. Sprinkle with paprika.
