- 20 thinly sliced radishes with ends trimmed off
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1. Combine the radishes and green pepper in a bowl.
- 2. In a cup mix all the dressing ingredients, stirring them well to dissolve the sugar.
- 3. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.
