Celery Sticks

Ingredients

  • 18 two inch celery sticks
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup onions minced
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, minced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Dash red pepper sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except celery sticks.
  • 2. Thoroughly mix.
  • 3. Stuff the celery sticks with the mixture to the point of overfilling.
  • 4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
