- 18 two inch celery sticks
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup onions minced
- 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, minced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Dash red pepper sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except celery sticks.
- 2. Thoroughly mix.
- 3. Stuff the celery sticks with the mixture to the point of overfilling.
- 4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
