Celery Slaw

Ingredients

  • 4 cups celery chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ sweet onion chopped
  • ½ cup bell pepper chopped
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Toss the celery, carrots, onions, red pepper, and raisins together in large bowl.
  • 2. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, and mustard in small bowl.
  • 3. Whisk until smooth.
  • 4. Pour the dressing on the vegetables and toss to mix well.
  • 5. Chill and serve.
