Cauliflower with a Touch of Lemon

Ingredients

  • ½ small head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Preparation

  • 1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender (about 10 minutes.)
  • 2. Sauté garlic in oil.
  • 3. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and stir.
  • 4. Put the vegetables in a serving dish and pour the sauce over the vegetables.
  • 5. Garnish with parsley.
