- 1 pound Michigan carrots peeled and shredded
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1. Mix together all ingredients, except lettuce leave, in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- 3. Toss before serving.
- 4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
